As a high
school student, you're probably
thinking about college and wondering
how much it will cost to attend. The
University of Pennsylvania, in agreement
with the City of Philadelphia, offers
a special financial aid program for Philadelphia
students called the Mayor's Scholarship
Program.
Penn is one of a select group of institutions across the nation that is committed to a need-blind admission policy. This means that Penn's Office of Admissions evaluates admissions without regard to whether a student is applying for financial aid.
Like other Penn students who
receive financial aid, Mayor's Scholars receive
an aid package that meets 100% of their financial
need, as determined by Student Financial
Services.
