Financial Aid
All financial aid awarded by Penn is based on financial
need, as determined by Student Financial Serives. To apply
for need-based aid, students need to submit financial
aid applications as well as parent and student tax
returns.
Penn offers several low-cost payment
options that are not based on financial need. Families
can select one progam, or combine several, to meet
their needs. Financial aid applications are not necessary
when applying for these programs (except for the Federal
Stafford and PLUS Loans).
The
University is able to offer financial aid to
a limited number of students who are not citizensor
permanent residents of the U.S., Canada, or Mexico
