Bank Wire Transfers

Paying Your Undergraduate Enrollment Deposit? Please click here.

peerTransfer is changing their name to flywire. This name change will not impact the services they provide or their relationship with the University of Pennsylvania.
Penn has partnered with flywire to provide a streamlined way for you to make wire payments to your student account. It’s fast, simple and secure, and you can track your payments from start to finish.
How it works
  • Penn and flywire have made it possible for both U.S. and international students to use this service, whether paying from a U.S. or an international bank

  • flywire accepts payments from any country– typically in your home currency. They secure wholesale foreign exchange rates and transfer fees that are lower than traditional banks

  • Once you initiate payment, you will receive detailed instructions on how to transfer funds to Penn.  flywire will keep you informed at each step of the process, including when your funds reach Penn

  • You must initiate a new payment request with flywire each time you wire a payment

  • Your payments to your Penn student account will no longer be reduced because of transfer fees or bank charges

  • flywire provides access to a multi-lingual customer support team anytime of the day or night.

  • Have a question? Please visit flywire Help for tutorial videos, frequently
    asked questions and contact information.

Note:  Although the flywire website is geared toward international students, the payment process for U.S. students will be the same.
