The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is available now, about three months earlier than in the past. What does this mean for you?

  • You can complete your federal financial aid application for 2017-2018 now and you don’t have to worry about it later.

  • New federal regulations require you to provide only your 2015 tax return information for federal fund eligibility.

  • For prospective students the deadline to complete the FAFSA and CSS Profile is November 1, 2016. The Penn Financial Aid Supplement (PFAS) is due by November 7, 2016.

  • For current students the deadline to complete financial aid applications (FAFSA, CSS Profile and Penn Financial Aid Supplement (PFAS)) is April 15, 2017.

Penn.Pay has been enhanced to provide real time detail on student charges and payments, a redesigned student bill and a new look and feel to the Penn.Pay experience.
