for the 2008/2009 Penn Monthly Budget Plan
is now open.
A
convenient program for families who choose to pay
educational expenses over ten (10) months with no
interest. This plan can be used alone, or combined
with other payment programs, to avoid large balances
at the start of each semester. The Budget Plan is
designed as an academic year plan for fall and/or
spring semesters only.
