prepayment of tuition and fees at the 2009-2010
rate locks in tuition and mandatory fee costs,
avoiding future increases. The plan can be used
by students in all schools, and also for study
abroad. Unused prepaid funds due to early graduation
or withdrawal will be refunded.

each term's tuition due date.
